All orders from TENGA Healthcare Store Europe will be shipped out in a discreet brown box as shown below.
No branding or logo will be visible on the box itself. The return addressee on the packing slip will be shown as "TENGA Europe GmbH."

TENGA Healthcare Store Europe offers shipping across Europe, as well as locations in the middle-east and Africa!
All orders will be sent out from our warehouse in Düsseldorf, Germany with Standard Deutsche Post for orders in Germany, or DHL Standard International courier for orders overseas. You also have the option to choose an DHL Express shipment.
Orders are sent out on the same day (shipped by 17:00 CET) if the order is received before 11:00 CET Monday ~ Friday. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next working day.

At the point of dispatch from our warehouse in Germany, we use DHL's international premium package delivery service (except in the case of domestic German shipments, where Deutsche Post is used).
